Bench and Deads

Today's WOD was an old favorite that I haven't done in a while:

Bench Press (I do incline, easier on my shoulder)
Deadlift

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Bench: 225lbs
Deadlift: 295lbs
