First WOD with the BOX weighted vest on today, had 20lbs in it.
4 rounds:
400m run
15 GHD situps
10 deadlifts - 225lbs
5 burpees
Good times were had by all, OK, it was just me, but good times were had. The vest does add another dimenion. I think I need to have it a bit tighter, but I was concerned about being able to breath, so I didn't make it all that tight.
