I've had a craving for a metcon. With all these burpees, and commuting to work, I've been avoiding them. But, I've had a renewed sense of ability lately and since it's been raining, and I've not been riding, and even though we are on day 85 of the burpee challenge, I want to do some metcons. We did a run/thruster one yesterday, and today I found another killer WOD from CrossFit New Hampshire. Those guys rock out, 150%.

I love oly lifts in metcons, I am all over it. I don't run fast, and that's a lot of pullups for me, but it was good fun.
