Today's WOD was from CrossFit CLE:

Front Squat
1-1-1-1-1

185, 225, 245, 245, 255

AMRAP in 10 min
3 - 95lb thruster
5 - pushups
7 - jumping air squats
50m sprint

I squeaked out 7 rounds.

Nice WOD.
